Not Financial Advice

SKOROS provides information and analysis only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any token or asset. You trade entirely at your own risk.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of rug risk scores, opportunity scores, or any other analysis provided by SKOROS. Market conditions change rapidly and no scoring system is infallible.

Access & Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to SKOROS at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.

As-Is Service

The SKOROS platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Intellectual Property

All scoring algorithms, analysis methods, user interfaces, and platform code are the property of Fire One Studios. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute SKOROS data, scores, or analysis without prior written consent from Fire One Studios.

Limitation of Liability

Fire One Studios and the SKOROS platform are not liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or other harm arising from your use of or reliance on information provided by SKOROS.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable U.S. jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SKOROS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
